Everyday Smoothie

2 cups of unsweetened Almond milk or soy milk or coconut milk or oat milk (Abe’s preference is coconut milk)

A Handful of Greens - 50/50 blend or spinach or kale

1 banana

1 scoop of Amazing Grass Amazing Protein (ant variant) - Abe’s preference is Digest or Glow

1 scoop of Amazing Grass Organic Wheat Grass

1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

1-2 tbsps of Navitas Organic Cacao Nibs

1 tbsp of organic chia seeds

1/2 cup of muesli

2 tbsp of seedless raisins

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1- 2 cups of frozen blueberries


Put everything in a vitamix or any blender (in order of how it’s mentioned above for easier blending - milk first and frozen blueberries last) and blend for a minute or so. Serve immediately and please enjoy. Warning: this drink will make you full but happy.
