Pecan Pie

3 eggs

¾ cup brown sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

1 teas. vanilla

¼ teas. salt

1 cup pecans

¼ cup butter, melted

1-2 teas. lemon juice

 

Mix eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt.  Beat well; add pecans, butter and lemon juice and pour into prepared 9-inch pie crust.  Bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
