Mom’s Easy Chicken Divan

2 packages (10 oz each) frozen broccoli

3 chicken breasts cooked, cut into bite sized pieces

2 cans cream of chicken soup

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 teas. lemon juice

½ cup cheddar cheese shredded

1 cup soft bread crumbs

2 T. butter melted

 

Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Arrange stalks in greased baking dish.  Layer chicken on top.  Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over chicken.  Combine bread crumbs and butter, sprinkle over all.  Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
