Flan

1 can evaporated milk (15 oz )

1 can condensed milk (15 oz)

1 teas. vanilla

½ teas. water

1 cup granulated sugar

 

Put water and sugar in pan and dissolve.  Cook until very brown over a low flame.  Pour caramel into bottom of a loaf pan.  Let it cool.  Place all other ingredients in a blender.  Then pour them over the caramel.  Place loaf pan in a larger pan that has been filled part way with water.  Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until light brown on the top.  Let it cool, then turn out on a serving plate.
