Gala Pecan Spread

Mix:    2 ½ packages of dried chipped beef, cut up

            8 oz. cream cheese

            2 Tablespoons minced onion

            ½ teaspoon garlic salt

            ¼ cup chopped green peppers

            2 Tablespoons milk

            ½ cup sour cream

Top:    2 Tablespoons melted butter

            ¼ cup chopped pecans

Spread mixture in an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.  Put pecan mixture on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cool slightly, and serve warm with crackers.
