Angie’s Ground Beef Casserole

1 pound browned ground beef

3 raw potatoes sliced

3 raw carrots sliced

1 can peas, drained (save the juice)

1 can tomato soup

1 small onion diced

Salt and pepper

 

Put half of the browned meat in a greased casserole dish.  Layer sliced potatoes, sliced carrots peas and onion over meat.  Put the other half of the browned meat on top.  Mix soup and pea juice and pour over all.  Bake covered for one hour at 400 degrees.  Remove the cover and bake another hour at 350 degrees.
