Mexican Wedding Cookies

¾ cup butter

½ cup powdered sugar, plus some to roll cookies in after baking

½ cup finely chopped pecans

2 cups cake flour

½ teas. vanilla

 

Cream butter and sugar.  Add flour, vanilla, and nuts.  Form into small balls.  Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again when cool.
