Mother’s Custard

(Great Grandma Van Kirk’s—Virgie Van Kirk Bowman’s mother)

3 whole eggs

2 cups milk

1/3 cup sugar

nutmeg

Beat the eggs and add milk and sugar.  Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.  Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
