White Chicken Chili (crockpot)

3 boneless chicken breasts, raw

1 large jar Great Northern Beans

2 jars or one large jar Chi Chi’s Salsa (medium or mild)

1 teas. cumin

1 can chicken broth

Sour cream and grated cheese when serving

 

Put chicken in bottom of crockpot; sprinkle with cumin.  Pour everything else on top.  Cook on low 8- hours or high 4-6 hours.  Serve with a dollop of sour cream and grated cheese on top of each bowl.
